Grange Yorkstone paving consists of a blend of yellow / buff / brown tones and silver / grey/ blue tones. This stone has been proven durable in excess of 100 years.
Grange Yorkstone is a Riven finished Yorkshire stone. The term riven refering to the way the solid blocks of stone are split to leave the natural face texture to the slabs.
Yorkstone is recognised as possibly the best stone to produce paving slabs from.

As a natural, quarried Yorkshire stone the thickness will vary from piece to piece. The slabs are split from solid blocks of stone therefore the thickness is determined largely by the strata of the rock.
